Matt Raffoul

Matt has been a part of the Compete Community since 2014. Starting as a strength coach Summer intern, and continuing every summer while pursuing his degree at Providence College. Matt went to Xaverian Brothers High School where he was a member of the 2013 state championship lacrosse team. While at Providence, Matt was a 4-year member of the Men’s Rugby team, playing a short stint for the Boston Irish Wolfhounds upon graduating in 2017. He joined Compete full time as a strength coach, head nutrition coach and general manager after college. Over his career, Matt has worked with thousands of Athletes and Individuals looking to better their performance and overall health. Certifications- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Precision Nutrition L2 Coach, CHEK Institute HLC L1, ACSM CPT.
